The JN series of Quick-exchange Nozzle and Tundish Upper Nozzle are made of high-purity zirconia and special additives. It has the characteristics of regular appearance, high concentricity, good thermal shock stability, excellent erosion resistance, and small change in diameter expansion. Among them, the quick-exchange nozzle can be replaced many times in one pouring time of the tundish, so as to realize the long-life continuous pouring of the tundish. The annual production capacity can reach more over 200,000 sets.
