The JN series of Synthesized Slag is a modified product and clean, using a special process to add more modifiers refined. Compared with the traditional refining slag, it has the following characteristics:

1. It has high reactivity to achieve the effect of pre-sinter.

2. It has good foaming properties and submerged arc effect, the height of foam is 1 to 2 times higher than conventional refining slag.

3. It is designed for the requirements of different kinds of steel, especially for special steel smelting.

4. It can significantly reduce the slag refractory erosion. Compared with the use of traditional refining slag, refractory life expectancy can be increased by about 10% to 20%.
