Product Introduction:
The JN series of dry ramming mix and repairing mix for intermdiate frequency furnace use high-quality fused white fused alumina, fused magnesia, high-purity spinel as the main raw materials, and at the same time, it is equipped with various binders. It has good workability, knotted compacting, moderate thickness of the sintered layer, excellent high-temperature volume stability and high temperature strength and excellent resistance to slag chemical erosion. Through actual use, it is found that the surface lining is smooth and flat, without cracks, and a layer of 4-6 mm slag is formed on the surface, which is beneficial to reduce the mechanical damage and slag erosion of the furnace lining during the scrap casting process. It can fully meet the needs of smelting various alloy steels such as stainless steel.
